Change of Delivery Information
For security reasons, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed. This is to prevent fraud and ensure safe delivery.
Doorstep Delivery Service
We offer doorstep delivery, ensuring products are delivered to the customer’s specified location. Some items may require self-assembly.
Delivery Area
We deliver to all areas within mainland UK. If your address is in remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands or Isle of Wight, delivery may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
Upon entering your postcode at checkout, the system will adjust delivery fees based on your location.
Although we strive for timely deliveries to these remote areas, please note that the delivery date may be delayed.
Return of Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel cannot be delivered due to reasons such as no one being available to sign for it or restricted access to your address, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse.
You may choose to wait for the parcel to return, after which we will process your refund. The entire process typically takes 21 days, including 14 days for the parcel to be returned to the warehouse and up to 7 days for the banking system to process the refund.
